BLACKLARKE was founded in 2014 by Benjamin Black, who has over 17 years experience in HR leadership, specialising in navigating organisational change and growth across the world.
From spearheading internal communication programmes, to leading strategic HR initiatives for renowned companies like Entain Group and Shell, Benjamin has demonstrated proficiency in organisational design, mergers & acquisitions and workforce restructuring, as well as a sound knowledge of employment law and best practice. He has also advised and supported various start-ups and small private firms.
Benjamin's background encompasses a deep understanding of in-house HR operations, with a strong belief that a culture of empathetic and considerate leadership drives commercial and reputational results for clients. Whilst always thorough, Benjamin's approach is informal, non-hierarchical and comes with a smile and a sense of humour.
